OUR STORY

Little Wuesten Café had humble beginnings as a pretzel stand at the Lebanon and Sweet Home Farmer's Markets.  The name originated from my husband’s home town which is located in County Lippe next to North Rhine Westphalia.  Over time we started to add pastries and breads to our menu based on customer's requests.  It was so surprising that people would enjoy the low key German soft pretzel with a nice cup of Longbottom Coffee.  After outgrowing our home kitchen, we made the decision to find a commercial kitchen to handle the growing amount of baked goods customers were asking for.  Little did we know that folks in the area were craving homestyle German food and treats.  We continually grow in response to customers’ requests for quality pastries made with less sugar and more seasonal fruit just like the pastries made in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
